Delivery and Returns

Generally where an order contains more that one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available

Delivery can only be made to a mainland Great Britain address.

You will be contacted by telephone and email to confirm your delivery date, once a delivery date has been agreed you must be present on this date to take delivery.  If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery please contact our customer service department as soon as possible other wise we reserve the right to levy a charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.

We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expensed caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home.  Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them.  You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages.  If you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged and have noted this on the delivery document it is then your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for shortages or 48 hours for damages, from delivery.  We will not accept responsibility for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by yourself and no note has been made.  A replacement item would normally take as long to deliver as a new order.

Delivery will only be made to the address as stated in your original order and they will not be left without a signature

Title of the product will pass to you once you have received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment.

Returns

You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days following delivery of the goods.  Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection.  This collection will be at your expense.  Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days provided that we receive your goods in as new condition and in undamaged original packaging with all accessories and components.  A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves.  Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.
