Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS.
Generally where an order contains more that one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available
Delivery can only be made to a mainland UK address. We only deliver from Monday to Friday, we do not deliver on weekends. All delivery bookings will be advised by telephone and confirmed by email.
All delivery lead times shown on this web site are estimated and cover working days only.
You will be contacted by telephone and/or email to confirm your delivery date, once a delivery date has been agreed you must be present on this date to take delivery. If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, in any case no later than 24 hours in advance, other wise we reserve the right to levy a second delivery charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home whilst still packaged. Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them. The delivery drivers will not be responsible for placing the item in the room of your choice if they do not feel it is safe for them to do so, in this case the appliance will be left at your door. You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages. If you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged and have noted this on the delivery document it is then your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for shortages or 48 hours for damages, from delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by yourself and no note has been made. A replacement item would normally take as long to deliver as a new order.
If goods are refused at the time of delivery and this is not due to a mechanical fault or damage, the full delivery and return charges will be passed to yourself. Please contact our sales office to be advised of these charges.
The delivery team can not remove appliance or property doors to enable the appliance to pass through your access points. If the item is too big whilst still packaged it will be left at your door, it will then become your responsibility.
You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days from the day after delivery. Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection. This collection will be at your expense. Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days. We must receive your goods in as new condition with all accessories and components and with original packaging. A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be retuned to you at your expense.
We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.
If you have requested that your old appliance is removed, please ensure it is disconnected from any water / electric / gas supply and empty of all contents. If we are collecting an item of refrigeration please ensure the item has been fully defrosted. Failure to meet these conditions will result in our being unable to remove the appliance. We can only collect your old appliance at the same time as delivering the new appliance, if the appliance is not available for collection at the time of delivery, re-collection will not be arranged and any disposal charge paid will not be refunded, it will then be your responsibility to dispose of your old appliance.
If you have requested installation for your washing machine, washer dryer or dishwasher, please note that we can install to an exisiting supply point only. No alterations to your plumbing or extensions to pipe work etc will be carried out.
Please note, we will not disconnect any old appliance. Please ensure your old appliance is disconnected prior to delivery, failure to do so will result in us being unable to install your new machine.
