Hello a short email about my order I placed recently, I saw this cooker in a very well know electrical store and loved it straight away however I could not afford the £1000 price tag plus another £450 for the hood, so I searched online and came across yourselves, u were the cheapest by far I ended up paying £719 for the cooker and £219 for the hood, everyone loves a bargain and if I every need anything again there is only one place I will visit many thanks.Thanks

I was a complete Internet-phobe and had never ordered anything as costly as the Cannon oven over the net and to say the least was rather nervous of the whole experience. Not only was Eldon one of the few places that could still supply the oven, but I was kept informed on how my order was progressing right from the moment of placing it to the delivery company ringing me 30 minutes from when they reached my house. I can't recommend the service I received from Eldon highly enough.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Eldon Electrics. I had been messed around for 2 months by another Company so was hoping this would go smoothly and it certainly did. They had the freezer in stock the prices was good and they asked when would be the best day for delivery and got it out to me within a few days. I was kept informed of delivery by e-mails and phone calls to ensure I knew when the delivery would be. They took away all of the packaging and made sure everything with the freezer was fine. I would readily recommend this Company to anyone as they are genuine.

I came across Eldon Electronics when doing a search for a neff oven. Not only was the price superb but the service was excellent as well. The person who took my order confirmed that the oven was not in stock but would be delivered to Eldon within a few days. I received phone calls to confirm this, a call to arrange delivery, a call to remind of delivery and delivery exactly when promised. What a brilliant company and one I will definitely use again.

I was very delighted with the service i got from the order stage right through to delivery ! of which the 2 delivery guys were really helpfull being disabled this means alot ! the samsung 46B7020 is fantastic! I would not hesitate to use eldon electricals in the future and certainly recomend them the only problem i have is regarding the £150 cash back from samsung has i have not received it thou all relative paper work was sent to the address given ! their was no phone number listed so one cannot phone to enquire about the cash back ! One cannot blame eldon electricals for this though.

Having tried to order the same item from elsewhere and hearing every two weeks that I should call back in another two weeks which continued for six weeks and would have apparently continued into Nov if I hadn't cancelled and re-ordered via Eldon.
I ordered on the 1st Oct, the sales lady confirmed there was one (Fridge/Freezer) in stock and then called me back in 3 mins once she had confirmed it was physically in the wharehouse. I then received a further call to confirm my ideal delivery date of 6th Oct was possible. The guys who delivered the F/F then called an hour or so before they arrived to confirm I was ready to receive it.
The delivery men took all the packaging and my old F/F as agreed and the overall online price was £200 cheaper than from the department store (who couldn;t seem to deliver at all!).
So all in all a top rate service, I will certainly be using Eldon again.

My order for the Bosch washing machine was on a Monday and it was delivered in perfect condition on the Friday. The delivery was efficient and courteous, including taking down narrow stairs to a basement utility room and unpacking. The cost was the lowest I could find on the internet. Dear Eldon Electricals,
You were the only company which would help me with a particular Fridge Freezer which was going out of production. The Salesman at the end of the phone was honest and prompt.
However customer services rang me and told me that my original fridge freezer had been damaged in transition which was highly inconveinient as I had to rearrange an engineer to come and install it. Customer services were very apologetic and dealt with my complaint and disappointment efficiently.
I am satisfied with your service dispite the disruption caused.
From the order date I was given a week for the delivery of goods which I feel was too long and in my case it took almost 2 weeks to receive my Fridge Freeezer. I was not able to find out the delivery time with Nightfreight until the day before delivery which in my case was PM between 12 and 6pm. I think in this day and age that delivery of goods should be more prompt and exact.
This is my only compliant against your organisation as I was treated honestly and fairly and the delivery drivers were very helpful and professional.
I sincerely hope that I do not need any more large domestic appliances in the near future, but if I do I will be using your services again.

I received my new cooker as promised. When the electrician came to fit it he told me I needed a much larger electric cable, and this would have been a huge job. Instead I rang your company and switched out the goods. You are soon going to deliver me an all gas cooker - problem solved. I did not know you have the 7 day exchange policy when I ordered, but am obviously very glad you did!

I found Eldon Electrics to be very efficient, I called on Saturday afternoon the customer service operator was very helpful and efficient.

The delivery men were great, unpacking it, taking away the rubbish and lifting out the old washer even though we had it taken away by Kirklees! Service or what!!!

Hello,
I was looking around for this particular TV but nearly went for a lesser model because it was out of my price range. Then i noticed that Eldon had it on sale and it was the best price in the country. I immediately ordered it and Eldon and they always answered the phone, always returned my calls and kept my up to date with order progress as the TV had to come from Samsung stock. The TV is now on my wall and looks fantastic, so well done Eldon and i would definitely order from them again if the price is right.

Just to say that this is the second time I/we have bought from Eldon Electricals and both times the deal, service and price has been great.
First time we bought a built in fridge, this was picked up by myself from the store and the staff were brilliant and very helpful.
Second time was for a washer purchased over the telephone and delivered within just a few days. The staff, again were excellent, the washer was/is too!!

I have been very impressed with the service and would recommend your shop to friends, family etc. Within a few minutes of sending my initial e-mail to you I was contacted via a phone call from yourselves. I was able to place an order immediately and organise delivery at our convenience - two days later.
I received e-mails and calls to confirm delivery and a reminder when my fridge freezer was on its way. It arrived before I went to work which meant I didn't need to take time away from work. I am also delighted with the product. I would definitely shop with you again.

I originally ordered this item from B & Q and was quoted 5 weeks delivery so when I got home I found you on the internet where the delivery was quoted with 10 days so I ordered it from you. I was surprised (and delighted!) when the microwave was actually delivered in two days!

I first orderd a washing machine from eldon electricals because it was the cheapest online. I then ordered a fridge freezer from Argos. But Argos messed me around far too much! I then cancelled my order with Argos and knew the best place to check if they had what i wanted was Eldon Electricals. They did have it and they delivered it the follwing week. I recent bought a second home with a small kitchenette. As a result, I required a smaller than normal oven to fit the space. It was a specialist product which I needed delivered prior to a long bank holiday. Cooker supply went as requested with delivery being arranged "just in time" to slot into the refurbishment programme.
A minor missing item (a single screw!) needed to hold an upstand in place was delivered by 1st class post.

The item has arrived and is proving satisfactory in service. Although, when delivered slight damage to the end of the top front plastic panel was noted and added to the delivery sheet.

I confirm my order was delivered as stated.
The freezer is working well. I was pleased at the price, and prompt delivery.
I had eMailed an enquiry for price check and delivery dates, and the eventual order was fulfilled exactly as stated. Another retailer had told me no-one could achieve this.
The delivery men were courteous and efficient.
I needed to move my car for access, and amazingly found the
battery flat, despite daily use. The men helpd to push it clear, and pushed it
back again afterwards.
(I did buy a new battery)

Thanks for the prompt service in selling and delivering me a chest
freezer.
I live offshore on a Scottish Island so don't have access to a
choice of
local outlets. I keep a small number of sheep and had the
opportunity, at
short notice to send one to be slaughtered. So at short
notice, I needed a
sheep sized freezer. In scouring the internet I came
across many people that
sell chest freezers, but most order straight from the
manufacturer and don't
carry stock. In addition, a number of outlets, despite
having stock, refused
to deliver to Scotland -let alone the
islands.
So, the fact you had readily available stock, and would deliver to Inverness was what swung the deal. The service was good, after a bit of mucking about between the internet order line and the shop. The delivery service was excellent, getting the goods to my local carrier's depot in Inverness within a few days.

My order was placed early to take advantage of a special offer price on the cooker, which was kindly held for me until I required it, along with a cooker extractor hood. Unfortunately, the extractor hood arrived damaged but was replaced immediately with no questions asked, just apologies for it happening.
I have already recommended ELDON to a friend of mine as a reliable and trustworthy company, well done and if in the future I need additional electrical products I will certainly come to you again.

Yes my washing machine was delivered at the time stated and although the two guys were very tired after carrying it up about 6 flights of stairs they were nice and light hearted about it!
The only improvement I would suggest to your service would be to include fitting the washing machine also - maybe at an extra cost, but I and I think a lot of other people would pay that to save hassle of trying to fit it ourselves!

I was very happy with Eldon Electricals service. The web site was good and the text recieved a few days before delivery was brilliant. As a person who hates waiting all day for a delivery I was pleased to be given an 8am to 1pm slot. The driver phoned me to tell me he would arrive in 5 - 10 mins (again Great) Unfortunately after unpacking my machine the delivery men found a dent on the side of it. As I had recently had a machine from another company arrive totally wrecked I was desperate to accept this one. The packaging showed no sign of the damage we found underneath.The delivery men took a photo and I emailed you straight away. I have no complaint about your company and would recommend you to friends but can't understand from my experiance why or how brand new goods can arrive dented and damaged. . . (twice in 10 days)

You will know that the item had to be exchanged twice due to the boxed contents, as supplied by the manufacturer, not being correct but we were grateful and impressed with the courteous and efficient way you dealt with the problem and made sure that a satisfactory item was delivered in time for our fitters to install on schedule.

Yes I have received my order and yes I am delighted with the product. Apart from a little hic-cup with the delivery which I understand was partly paperwork (or lack of it) everything went well. The delivery men were tremendous, without them being so helpful and efficient the delivery would not have been easy. Whilst I had measured the doors to get the appliance in - the house builder had decided to make the in door to the utility room more narrow than the outer doors but that did not deter the delivery men they were superb. I would certainly buy from Eldon Electricals again - it is always a little unnerving when buying through the internet but everything did go to plan and everything they informed me of did happen.

Great product at lowest price I could find and no complaints with delivery.
The only problem was not being able to take away our old appliance because of
lack of room in the delivery van. This would have been very inconvenient if we
didn't have any extra space at home to temporarily store it. Communication was
very good apart from not recieving a return call the first time I reported the
collection issue.
All in all I'm a happy customer.

I was very happy with the service. It was easy to get in touch with company representatives, all of whom were knowledgeable and helpful. It was also easy to arrange delivery through the third party agent, who was very flexible, although the delivery staff seemed a little put out by having to lift the item out of their truck and up 3 steps into my house! I picked Eldon because of the competitive price and I have no regrets in doing so. It would have been useful to know that the cooker did not come with a suitable (bayonet) connecting hose to the gas main, as I would have saved the old one which was taken away with the old cooker. Perhaps I missed it on the website, but a clear warning of the rules associated with the connection of gas appliances would also have been valuable.

I received my order – a USA style fridge-freezer – last week. Thank you. I was very impressed with your prompt service and very competitive price but I was more than a little upset by the way it was delivered. The two guys who brought it were unable to get it through my kitchen door and were less than helpful merely commenting that I should have thought about access and size before I ordered it. They left it on my driveway [this was at 6pm!]and drove off leaving me to sort out how to overcome the problem. I had to enlist the help of my son [who lives 10 miles away] And a friend to take the doors off and then reassemble the fridge once it was in the house. All is now OK. As I did speak to someone when I ordered it I am surprised that I was not made aware of the fact that it may not fit through a standard door. Perhaps this is something that you should consider noting for the future.

Dear Eldon, In reply to your request. I am more than happy with my purchase. It was a new large screen TV that I wanted in time for the Champions League Final in May. As it was difficult to afford the costs for my wife and I to attend the game in Moscow. We decided to purchase a new TV to watch it on. Unfortunately the result was not what we had hoped for but the TV arrived in good condition and in time for the game. Suppliers can often let you down especially when ordering from the internet. However I would have no problems recommending your service.

I am very pleased with my lg american fridge freezer, I can see why you tell clients to check width of doorways etc, it was a very tight squeeze but the delivery men were great guys. My only criticism would be lack of tracking system once an order had been placed, we had to ring several times to ascertain whereabouts of product. However all people on the end of phones were very helpful and rang me back to save my phone bill!!

Overall we are happy with the product and the service (8 out of 10). The 'but' was that delivery was agreed as 'Friday pm' however, it wasn't delivered until 9.30pm that night. Whilst is was good that it arrived eventually, we had no way of contacting anyone after 5pm and we had in reality, given up by mid-evening that it would be delivered (I was cursing you at that point!). In the end it was just lucky that we hadn't gone out by that time. The communication on the delivery date could be greatly improved. Having said all that our old washing machine was broken and we knew the new one we wanted and, after shopping around, you promised to deliver it the quickest. You were very helpful when I ordered it over the phone and you called me back to confirm you could deliver it that Friday and fairplay you did (just). Therefore I would certainly use Eldon Electricals again.

Great service, thank you. The only improvement would be to offer more choice of delivery days. I had several days when I was available (ie not working) but you were unable to accomodate any of those dates for delivery. Still, it all worked out well as your men were soooo early!
